Pure Pitch Rally - Kansas City

From gig economy and healthcare companies to startups attacking supply chain concerns, Kansas City’s up-and-coming innovators took the stage for the 2020 Pure Pitch Rally and AgButler was one of them.

“Our mission is to facilitate critical connections across Kansas City’s entrepreneurial ecosystem to better our community and our region,” said Karen Fenaroli, lead sponsor and founder of Pure Pitch Rally. “Success in the startup community is far from guaranteed, but what I can tell you is that if you get the right team, the right resources, the right founder sizzle, you are far on your way to success.”

Emulating the popular show “Shark Tank,” Pure Pitch Rally brings together investors — or “land sharks,” to evaluate each presentation. Each land shark donates $1,000 to one of the startups at the conclusion of the competition. Up to $1 million in cash and resources were awarded.

Our founder, Kevin Johansen, took the stage and brought home $9,000 + $3,000 People’s Choice Award funded by Lockton.
